1. Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to establish clear guidelines that promote a professional, safe, and respectful workplace environment at Career Campus. All staff, trainers, and associates are expected to adhere to these standards in order to support the institution’s vision of delivering quality education and guaranteed career pathways.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all employees, trainers, contractors, and volunteers of Career Campus, whether working on-site or representing the institution externally.

3. Code of Conduct

  • All staff must maintain professionalism, integrity, and respect in all interactions with students, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
  • Discrimination, harassment, bullying, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
  • Confidentiality of student and business information must always be upheld.
  • Staff are expected to dress in business or smart-casual attire, appropriate for a professional learning environment.

4. Attendance and Punctuality

  • Employees are expected to adhere to scheduled working hours.
  • Absences must be communicated in advance to the reporting manager.
  • Persistent lateness or unauthorized absenteeism may result in disciplinary action.

5. Use of Technology and Property

  • Career Campus property, including computers, internet, email, and teaching resources, must be used responsibly for work purposes only.
  • Unauthorized use, sharing, or duplication of Career Campus materials is prohibited.

6. Health and Safety

  • All staff must comply with occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Report hazards, accidents, or unsafe practices immediately to management.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful workplace environment.

7. Performance and Accountability

  • Staff are expected to meet agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) relevant to their roles.
  • Regular performance reviews will be conducted to support professional growth.
  • Continuous professional development is encouraged and supported.

8. Conflict of Interest

  • Employees must disclose any potential conflict of interest that may affect their role.
  • Outside employment or business activities must not interfere with Career Campus responsibilities.

9. Disciplinary Action

Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary measures, including verbal/written warnings, suspension, or termination, depending on the severity of the misconduct.

10. Policy Review

This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure relevance and compliance with applicable laws and institutional goals.
