Salary transparency matters to Career Campus. We skip vague promises about “excellent earning potential.” Instead, we provide specific, indicative figures for each stage of the career pathway. This way, students and their families can make genuinely informed decisions before enrolling.
Here is exactly what the salary progression looks like.
Entry Level: LKR 85,000 Per Month
Level 1 is the Professional Australian Taxation program. Once students complete it successfully, they enter the workforce at an indicative salary of LKR 85,000 per month.
This is the starting point for a Tax Assistant role in an Australian-linked BPO or accounting firm in Sri Lanka. At this stage, students apply the foundational skills their training and assessments covered. This includes individual tax returns, compliance documentation, and the software systems used in Australian accounting environments.
To put this in context: the course investment is LKR 385,000. At LKR 85,000 per month, students recover that investment within approximately 4.5 months of employment.
Mid Level: LKR 250,000 Per Month
Level 2 is the Advanced Australian Taxation program. Once students complete it, the indicative salary rises to LKR 250,000 per month.
At this stage, students advance into business tax, compliance and lodgement skills, and more complex software usage. The roles available at this level carry greater responsibility. They also handle more complex client work, and employers compensate accordingly.
Importantly, students can study Level 2 while working. Those who join Career Campus’s affiliated firm can work at entry level and study Level 2 at the same time. This builds their salary and their qualification in parallel, not one after the other.
Senior and Specialist Level: LKR 500,000 Per Month
Level 3 is the Self-Managed Superannuation Fund (SMSF) Specialist program. Once students complete it, the indicative salary reaches LKR 500,000 per month.
SMSF is a highly specialised area of Australian taxation. It covers fund setup and compliance, trustee obligations and reporting, and high-level professional advisory skills. Professionals at this level operate as specialists and consultants. They handle complex, high-value client work that requires deep expertise.
An Honest Note on Salary Figures
These figures are indicative. Actual salaries vary based on individual performance, the specific employer, and market conditions at the time of employment.
Career Campus presents these figures as honest benchmarks, not guaranteed minimums or maximum ceilings. They reflect a realistic earning trajectory. This applies to students who complete each level, pass their assessments, and perform well in their role.
The Full Career Progression
Career Campus maps out a clear career structure alongside these salary stages:
- Tax Assistant — entry level, following Level 1 completion
- Senior Tax Professional — following Level 2 completion
- SMSF Specialist / Consultant — following Level 3 completion
This is not a career where the path forward stays unclear. Each level of training corresponds to a defined role, a defined salary range, and a defined set of responsibilities. Students know exactly what they are working toward at every stage.
The Return on Investment
The Career Campus program investment is LKR 385,000. At an entry-level salary of LKR 85,000 per month, students recover that investment in approximately 4.5 months of employment. This happens before a single level of advancement even takes place.
As students progress to Level 2 and Level 3, the return on that initial investment grows substantially.
